In addition to our core focus on healthcare, the Gratiture Foundation will actively work towards addressing the critical need for Education and Skill Development. We believe that education is the key to unlocking potential, and through our initiatives, we aim to support educational programs and skill-building activities that enable individuals to lead productive, self-sufficient lives.
Our future vision includes expanding our initiatives to encompass Child and Youth Development, Community Development, and Environmental Conservation. We recognize that the interconnected nature of these issues requires holistic solutions, and we are dedicated to advancing long-term improvements in these areas.
At the heart of our operations, we will raise funds through donations from supporters who share our commitment to creating a positive change. These donations will primarily support local initiatives, but we are also committed to using our resources internationally to assist those in need, particularly in underprivileged and underserved regions.
The Gratiture Foundation is a family-led initiative, founded and directed by Harish, a 10th-grade student, with the guidance and mentorship of his parent, who serves in an advisory role. Our foundation aims to instill values of gratitude, empathy, and social responsibility within the younger generation, as well as to encourage others to contribute to the well-being of society.
As we grow, we remain committed to our founding principle of creating lasting, positive change, with a focus on compassion, equity, and sustainability in all that we do.
Dissolution Clause: In the event of the dissolution of Gratiture Foundation, whether voluntary or involuntary, after the payment of all debts and liabilities, any remaining assets of the organization shall be distributed exclusively for charitable purposes. These assets shall be distributed to one or more organizations that are recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code, as determined by the Board of Directors or the sole member at the time of dissolution.
